Palm Beach Public Partners with PBPD

Palm Beach Public Partners with Palm Beach PD, Receives Donations and Assistance With Student Safety
Posted on 11/20/2020
Each morning and afternoon, the Palm Beach Police Department (PBPD) provides assistance with student safety at Palm Beach Public. Recognizing the school’s focus on Social Emotional Learning (SEL), the officers interact with students during drop-off and pickup, since the school doesn’t have Safety Patrols on duty during those times. The PBPD also prepares and hoists the American flag at the start of each day. They have also donated two cases of masks to the school for student and staff safety. In 2019, the PBPD gave every student a gift bag for the Winter Holiday break. Palm Beach Public School appreciates everything the PBPD does to support their campus. To learn more, contact Lynita Butler the Confidential Administrative Assistant to the school’s Principal, Christie Schwab. Ms. Butler can be reached at (561) 822-0714 or [email protected].
